[blockquote]I am writing on behalf of the Reverend Michael Hampson, vicar of St Margaret’s Church, and the Parochial Church Council (PCC), to thank you and your team of engineers for the outstanding work you have completed on our sixteenth century church tower. We have been very impressed by the thoroughness, standard of work and materials, and the informed co-operation which have been displayed during the cleaning, re-netting and boarding of the inside of the tower and would commend High Level Maintenance Limited most highly. As project manager, I have been impressed by the personal interest and the friendly co-operation shown by yourself and your team and confirm that this has made managing the project both rewarding and a pleasure. Please do not hesitate to refer any future clients to me for a reference, should the need arise. With kind regards and all best wishes, Graham R Dixon. Project Manager for St Margaret’s Church, Hornby.[/blockquote]

[blockquote]I would like to thank Tony Warburton of High Level maintenance for the guttering work that he and Terry carried out at St John’s church Clarendon Park Leicester.
From the first telephone call to the completion of the work Tony has been a pleasure to deal with, the quality of work is excellent and we have saved a substantial amount of money using steeplejacks rather than using conventional contractors who would have required expensive scaffolding or cherry pickers.
I would highly recommend their services to any church requiring high level maintenance. – Rev Sami Lindsey. St John the Baptist Church, Clarendon Park Road, Leicester[/blockquote]

[blockquote]On behalf of the Parochial Church Council we would like to place on record our thanks for the work you undertook in painting the flag pole, replacing the halyard and renewing the steel stays at St Andrew’s Church. In particular we wish to commend to you, Terry and Tom for their craftsmanship and skill in scaling the 40ft flagpole, on top of our 80ft tower, in order to paint and maintain it.

In addition we are grateful for their inspection of the steel stays and bringing to our attention the fact that they were in a precarious condition and needed immediate replacement. We are aware that had we not followed your advice the advice the flag pole was in danger of collapse in a strong wind and that could have led to damage well in excess of the cost of replacing the stays. We are also appreciative of your quick response in replacement of the stays that enabled us to fly the George Cross on St George’s Day 23rd April 2015. – St Andrew’s Parochial Church Council, Manchester[/blockquote]

[blockquote]We recently had need of pigeon protection work to one of our large stone windows and the large cupola on the roof of our church. We found Tony Warburton of High Level Maintenance Ltd very understanding and accommodating of our needs when estimating for the job and we were pleased with the work which was carried out quickly and professionally. – North Shore Methodist Church, Blackpool[/blockquote]

[blockquote]On behalf of St Cuthbert’s Church, may I offer my thanks for the work you and your team have carried out on our roof. The work has been done entirely to our satisfaction in a very professional way and I would have no hesitation in recommending your company to other churches or businesses in the area. – St. Cuthbert’s Parish Church, Darwen[/blockquote]

[blockquote]On behalf of the PCC of St. Stephen in-the Banks, I would like to express our appreciation for the excellent service you provided in regards to the improvements and restoration of our lightning conductor. The price quoted was reasonable and fair and the whole process was comprehensively explained so that we were confident that we were receiving value for money. The work was carried out promptly and on the date and time specified. The team were highly efficient and undertook the planned procedures without any fuss and with complete respect and courtesy for our lovely church building. Many thanks for your first class service, I would not hesitate to commend you to any church or other organisation facing work of a similar nature. – The Parish Church of St. Stephen in the Banks[/blockquote]

[blockquote]I am writing to you to inform you of our pleasure at the restoration of the tower to its former glory with the replacement of the two damaged pinnacles. We could not be more pleased at the professional way you and your team approached the task and the courteous, cheerful and patient manner in which you explained how the work would be carried out step by step. From the beginning to the end we had every confidence in you and all of your team. We would have great pleasure in recommending you and your work without reservation. – St. Thomas’ Church, Lydiate[/blockquote]

[blockquote]Many thanks are due to your excellent crew and the effective manner in which the storm damage and maintenance repairs have been completed, on time and within budget. View the actual testimonial – St. Francis’ Church, Guildford[/blockquote]

[blockquote]Dear Mr Warburton,
Now that the dust has settled, I would like to say how much I and the rest of the community appreciated the work your chaps have just completed on the loose plaster in our church.   If you remember, we had warning showers of plaster dust from the high window embrasures, and when your men climbed up they found that large areas of heavy plaster were ready to drop.  They removed all the dangerous plaster and re-plastered in such a way that you can’t tell the new work from old (as well as cleaning the window-cills and repainting the ferramenta).  They were very diligent in setting up and clearing away, and keeping dust to a real minimum.  Moreover, despite working long hours, they remained cheerful and pleasant.   I am looking forward to working with you again when we are ready to restore the outside rendering and other high-level works still pending. Yours sincerely, Fr Jerome Bertram, Cong. Orat. – Oxford Oratory [/blockquote]
